The Vasofix® Safety Ported peripheral intravenous (IV) catheter is designed to enhance safety and efficiency in clinical settings. Equipped with a passive, fully automatic needlestick protection, it significantly reduces the risk of needlestick injuries by deploying a safety shield upon needle withdrawal without requiring user activation.
