SmartShunt Battery Monitor

The SmartShunt battery monitor is a pivotal component of this kit, offering precise monitoring capabilities. It features an IP21 rating, necessitating installation in a dry location to ensure optimal performance. The monitor is designed for secure mounting with two 5.5 mm holes in its base, providing stability and ease of installation.

• Use the red cable with a fuse to connect Vbatt+ to the battery positive terminal.

Auxiliary Connections

The SmartShunt monitor supports auxiliary connections, allowing you to monitor a second battery, battery bank midpoint, or battery temperature. Note that monitoring battery temperature requires an optional temperature sensor.
