Design and Usage

Dismountable Holder: The single-channel lumen holder is dismountable, allowing easy placement of the test coupon. It connects seamlessly to the channel irrigation system of automated washers via a luer-lock connection.

Easy Assembly: Users can unscrew the holder, insert the test coupon without contaminating the test soil, and reassemble it for a realistic cleaning scenario.
Packaging and Storage

Secure Packaging: Each box contains 25 test coupons, individually sealed in water-tight foil pouches. The holder is sold separately.

Storage Conditions: Store the device at temperatures between 2–25°C (35.6–77°F), away from heat, light, and chemicals, to maintain its integrity.
Instructions for Use
- Setup: Unscrew the holder, insert the test coupon, and connect it to the washer’s irrigation system.
- Cleaning Cycle: Run the cleaning cycle according to the machine’s instructions.
- Inspection: After cleaning, remove the coupon and visually inspect it for any residual soil.
Result Interpretation
The effectiveness of the cleaning process is visually interpreted by inspecting the residual soil on the coupon. Factors such as detergent choice, dosing, water temperature, and flow may influence results. Proper disposal of used coupons in a biohazard container is recommended.
