To use, select the appropriate size, remove the backing, and apply over the wound with at least a 1.5 cm overlap. Foam inserts can be adjusted for pressure relief. The dressing should be changed every 3–4 days or as needed, and can remain in place for up to 7 days depending on wound conditions.
