Aquacel Extra, developed by ConvaTec, is an innovative wound dressing designed to enhance the healing process for a variety of wound types. Utilizing advanced Hydrofiber® Technology, this dressing effectively manages wound exudate by transforming into a cohesive gel upon contact with wound fluid. This transformation allows the dressing to contour closely to the wound bed, maintaining a moist environment conducive to healing while securely locking in exudate, bacteria, and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs).

Application

Storage
