• Triple-Layer Construction: The dressing includes a perforated soft silicone gel adhesive layer for gentle application and removal, a highly absorbent hydrocellular foam core, and a breathable, waterproof polyurethane top film that serves as a bacterial barrier.

• Gentle Adhesion: The silicone gel adhesive minimizes pain during dressing changes, making it suitable for sensitive skin. It allows for secure adhesion, easy repositioning, and removal.

• Extended Wear Time: Depending on exudate levels and clinical assessment, the dressing can remain in place for up to 7 days, or up to 5 days for sacral wounds.

Precautions

• Avoid using with oxidizing agents like hypochlorite solutions or hydrogen peroxide.
• Not intended for securing other medical devices.
• Monitor wear time, especially if the wound is infected.
• Be cautious when cutting the dressing, as it may affect its waterproof and bacterial barrier properties.

Application Guidelines

Before application, cleanse the wound and surrounding skin. Ensure the dressing extends at least 2 cm beyond the wound edge and smooth the borders onto the peri-wound skin. Remove gently to minimize trauma.
